Thomas Knows AI

Terms of Service

Last updated November 4, 2026

These terms cover your use of thomasknows.ai, the free AI Sales Assistant Playbook and my emails. They’re an agreement between you and 4AM Media LLC, doing business as Thomas Knows AI (“Thomas Knows AI,” “I” or “me”). By using the site, you agree to them. My Privacy Policy explains how I handle your information.

The free playbook and emails

The playbook, its prompts and templates are free for you to use in your own business. Please don’t resell, republish or pass them off as your own. Signing up also adds you to my Tuesday email, which you can leave at any time. I may update, change or stop offering any of it.

The tools you connect

The playbook shows you how to set up an AI sales assistant with tools from other companies, such as Claude, ChatGPT, prospecting and email-sending tools, warm-intro tools and mailing services. I don’t own or control them. Each has its own terms, pricing and limits, and you’re responsible for your accounts and any fees.

Your outreach is your responsibility

You decide who your assistant contacts, what it says and how often it sends. You’re responsible for every message it sends for you, including following:

  • anti-spam and privacy laws where you and your recipients are, such as the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States;
  • the rules of each platform you use, including any limits on automated sending or on sharing data from it.

You’re also responsible for any referral or finder’s fee you pay, including its disclosure, tax and licensing rules.

Check what your assistant writes, keep your sending limits reasonable and honor every opt-out.

Results aren’t guaranteed

The results I describe, such as deals for me and my past agency clients, are real but aren’t typical and aren’t a promise of what you’ll get. Your results depend on your offer, your market, your messages and the work you put in. I don’t guarantee replies, meetings, clients or revenue.

AI makes mistakes

AI tools can get facts wrong or write something you wouldn’t say. Review what they produce before you rely on it. Nothing I publish is legal, tax or financial advice.

My content

The site, the playbook and my emails, including the text, images, prompts and design, belong to me. You can use the prompts and templates in your own work as described above, but not copy the site or redistribute the materials.

Paid work

Paid trainings, workshops and other services are covered by a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.

Links to other sites

The site and playbook link to other websites and tools. I’m not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

No warranties

The site, playbook and emails are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Thomas Knows AI isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site, the playbook, my emails or any third-party tool. My total liability for any claim related to them is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.

Your responsibility to me

If someone makes a claim against me because of messages you sent or your breaking these terms, the law or another company’s terms, you agree to cover my reasonable costs, including legal fees.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

I may update these terms. When I do, I’ll post them here with a new date, and using the site after that means you accept them.
