AI Workshops for Organizations | Miami & Virtual

Hands-on AI training for small business owners.

I partner with organizations that serve small business owners to deliver a free 60-90 minute AI workshop, taught in Claude Cowork. Your members connect it to the apps they already use, build a custom Skill, and learn how to set up a scheduled task that runs without them.

What to Expect

A hands-on workshop where members set up Claude to automate busywork and save hours each week.

Your members build a three-part setup in Claude Cowork: Connectors so it can work from their real apps, Skills so it follows their process, and Scheduled tasks so their recurring work runs on a schedule.

What attendees walk away with:

  • A connected Claude account that can work from real apps like Gmail, Drive, Notion, or HubSpot
  • A custom Skill for a repeated task such as client updates, meeting notes, proposals, or content drafts
  • A scheduled-task prompt and cadence plan, with paid-plan attendees able to create the live scheduled task in the room
  • The follow-along guide with starter prompts, setup checklists, and troubleshooting notes

Walked in expecting another generic AI workshop. By the end Claude was connected to my actual tools and we'd built a Skill for my client briefs right there in the room. I still use it every week. Briefs used to take me an afternoon, now it's maybe an hour.

About Me

I've run my own small business for six years and spent my career helping other owners run theirs. The busywork your members are buried in is the same work I automated to get back 15+ hours of my own week, and everything I teach in these sessions is running in my business today.

Frequently Asked Questions

No — the 60-90 minute Claude workshop is free for partner organizations. I handle the curriculum, follow-along guide, and materials; you provide the room and the audience.

For in-person events, you will want a room that comfortably seats your group, reliable Wi-Fi, a screen or projector with an HDMI connection, power outlets for attendees bringing laptops, and light refreshments and beverages. Promoting the session to your members beforehand helps the room fill up.

In-person sessions are capped at 20 attendees to keep the room focused and leave time for questions. Virtual sessions can accommodate up to 100.

No. The session is built for business owners who have never set up Claude before. If they can describe a task in plain English, they can follow along. A laptop is strongly recommended because attendees will connect apps, build a Skill, and test prompts during the session.

The workshop is taught in Claude Cowork, which lives behind the Chat/Cowork toggle in the Claude apps: on the web, in the desktop app, and on your phone, all on a paid plan (Pro and up). Attendees on a paid plan follow along live in Cowork for all three builds. Free-plan attendees can do the first two — Connectors and Skills — from Claude in the browser, and leave with the scheduled-task prompt and setup plan to run once they upgrade.

Yes — I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, so sessions can be delivered in whichever language works best for your audience.

Yes — virtual sessions run on Zoom with the same format. I share my screen and take your members through each workflow in real time. Hybrid setups work well too, with some attendees in the room and others joining remotely.
